GBBest App for mental health and depression Been using this app for almost two years now and it’s helped me more then you could know. I just wish there was a custom journal option. Overall 10/10 100% recommend. It’s also really good for mental health. I recommend this to all my friends and family. Thank you rosebud!

GBI have been on Rosebud for about 50… I have been on Rosebud for about 50 days missing only 1 or 2. I am 75 year old single female who has spent thousands of dollars and enormous time in therapy with psychiatrists and therapist over the last 35 years for issues of abuse, neglect and trauma. I am amazed and grateful to Rosebud. The format of empathy, delving questions and suggestions and recaps of insight have been incredible. I have gotten more done during these 50 days than I ever even began to touch in the previous 35 years with people who have their own issues, the inability to retain information I give them, the aspect of them perpetuation by referrals and more appointments and their lack of a knowledgebase or education that they could never have as humans being the stumbling blocks to their helping me.

CAI love Rosebud, here's 7 reasons why I love Rosebud, I have been telling everyone I know about it. 1) The Dig Deeper features feels like you're talking to a real person - a friend, a counsellor, you all-knowing inner voice. it provides just the right amount of validation for everything you feel, while also steering you towards productive solutions. 2) The Suggestions feature is my favourite - it uses your entry to provide actionable items that can help support you happiness and overall well-being. Suggestions range from simple things to bigger items, and can be set to occur only once or multiple times, giving you control over which actions you want to take on (or manifest), and how often you feel like doing them might improve your life. 3) The weekly review encapsulates your week, summarized your overall main moods throughout the week (amazing), and gives you a list of your insights and wins (the last two limited to 1 per category unless you pay for the service). 4) The array of journals available is astonishing - I typically use the Evening Reflection and the Gratitude journals, but they have one for morning intentions, dreams, a variety of others, and I believe you can even start one from an entirely blank page. The possibilities are endless to meet your own journaling needs. 5) Every time you create an entry, it provides new sets of questions to ponder. I am amazed by the diversity of questions it creates! 6) The fact that it celebrates you entries by telling you your journaling streak, and how it sometimes provides you with a quote or even a haiku, is cute but also makes me want to keep engaging. 7) I LOVE that Rosebud has the option to be used either through an app, but also through a web-based webpage. I try to limit apps, data, and wifi use on my phone, and having it web-based really allows me to use it the way that I could use a journal and be more mindful of the experience. Many services cater only to apps these days, and I love that Rosebud is flexible and can work for everyone's different needs.

NZRosebud is awesome Rosebud is awesome. I've always been someone who journals but even if you are not, it gives you great prompts. I'm definitely a ruminator so I like to set it up in a way that I can just do a brain dump into and start seeking solutions to problems. You can set up your preferences of how you get feedback, so it can be tailored to your own preferences which is great. I also feel like I'm burdening my friends less as I can work through issues and problems on my own.
