When I thought It was a scam because the product key did not work at first, Ben came to my rescue and told me to update my windows first, reboot my pc, then try again. I did.... then everything was working like a charm. I'll be making another purchase later.

Microsoft has failed but My Digital Licenses saved the day Microsoft has failed on their product with their complicated micrososft 365 accounts rules. Long story short, Microsoft produces very bad user experience with their subscription management. For some reason whatever I did, I couldn't edit and save document on my mac. My Digital Licenses support guy, called Ben took hours chatting with me via whatsapp to try and help. At the end of the day, it was microsoft's fault, but he tried everything, including remote controlling my mac and trying to fix it. Everything failed. In the end, he actually suggested forgetting that microsoft account and gave me a new license. What a customer service!

Real MS Windows/MS Office Licenses 100% Authentication on MS Servers Real Windows/Office Licenses 100% At first I was skeptical as anyone would be to find high end Microsoft software at this price. But I have purchased from them at least 8 times now, and not once have I received a bad license or something that was not immediately 100% Authenticated with Microsoft's validation servers.
