I had a problem with my Minecraft Server and they instantly helped me install a brand new server pack within 20 minutes, free of no charge. Not only are they cheap, they also provide unbelievable support with pretty much anything. They answer within 30 minutes most of the time! Best hosting company i've seen so far!

best hosting decision I could make! I went from WP.com to cynderhost... best decision I've made IRT my website ever! Not only have they been awesome on price point, but they've gone above and beyond on a regular basis whenever I've had problems - even if it wasn't their fault, or responsibility! I think I've interacted with the whole crew at this point, and they've ALL been awesome!

This is a good host This is a good host. My Review: Cynderhost reached out to us on reddit after we made a post looking for hosting. They offered my company a 7 day trial of there "High Performance" services so I accepted, and darn -- they are pretty damn fast. We used to host with BlueHost, and after 3 years of dealing with their poor service quality and slow server, hosting with Cynderhost has been a very refreshing experience. I've contacted them about 5 times about my site and they've managed to resolve issues very quickly. Pingdom score used to be ~3 seconds, now its less than 1 second. I cannot recommend this enough, so I'm writing this review.

Great performance and support! I recently moved my Wordpress site from Bluehost to Cynderhost and am completely blown away by the increase in performance even though I am on a shared hosting plan. I was on Bluehost's Pro plan and now I'm playing much less at Cynderhost and my website loads in less than half the time. Not to mention the Wordpress Admin pages are instant unlike the snail's pace I was getting at Bluehost. I also logged a support ticket as I made a mistake while migrating my site but couldn't figure out what I did wrong. I got a reply within minutes saying the issue was resolved and outlining what the problems were. Amazing! It's still early days but I think I will be very happy at Cynderhost!

Exceptional service and performance Exceptional! Formerly a client at WPEngine, moved to CynderHost and I've saved at least 20 hours in time with their support team. Site is soo much faster too.
