The only recommendation is that when they calculate the beginning balances and interest it would be nice if they provided the formula up front so the municipality could check to make sure they are following what is happening.

GREAT service The service and implementation at DebtBook are outstanding. The product is easy to use and comprehensive for both lease and debt tracking. It was a lifesaver for us with the transition into GASB87 requirements since we have 20+ leases to manage and using Excel would have been a nightmare. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a robust solution to handle a large number of debt/lease/subscription agreements.
