DebtBook is great for leases and SBITAs! I recommend DebtBook for anyone who needs to keep track of leases and SBITAs. We have had a great experience with the team throughout the whole process. Adam Fekini has done a great job and has been a pleasure to work with. The training sessions offered are excellent. The software itself is very user-friendly and the support team answers any questions you might have. They even take your suggestions into consideration for adding features to the software.

We look forward to working with your team on implementing the subscription GASB requirements .. but ... we really are not that "excited" about new GASB requirements!!! They are so much work unless you have great software like yours and your ROCKSTAR team we can survive what GASB throws our way!! ha ha

Adam Fekini goes above and beyond!!! I have worked with Adam Fekini and he is wonderful!! No matter how many times, I ask the same question, he responds with a smile. He is always pleasant no matter what!! I truly thank him for being VERY PATIENT with me, as I do not know or understand much about DebtBook. I do believe once I grasp on to how everything works, it would only be because of this young man!! He sends me all kinds of information that can help me plus goes out of his way to help me in anyway that he can! He is truly a Blessing!!! Also, I wanted to add that he is very Professional at all times!!

GREAT service The service and implementation at DebtBook are outstanding. The product is easy to use and comprehensive for both lease and debt tracking. It was a lifesaver for us with the transition into GASB87 requirements since we have 20+ leases to manage and using Excel would have been a nightmare. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a robust solution to handle a large number of debt/lease/subscription agreements.
