I Couldn't Be More Pleased I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Reel Today. I'm a long time theater actor, and finally booked my first TV gig. Austin was friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining how the service worked. Reel Today captured my scene for me quickly and reasonably. They were quick to answer and get what… They were quick to answer and get what I needed done. Was pretty basic, copy a streaming show from beginning to end , no edits.. (for 2 shows actually) got it done fast and looks good. Only thing, and this may be the industry standard was the price (why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) , I guess 45.00 for each one so 90.00 total for 2 is normal price (FYI: got a newcomer discount so actually was 36.00 each so 72.00 ) still seems a bit high to copy a show and email it.. That being said most others charge the same I believe, Just not sure how copying a show with no other work seems a bit high .. But, I'm not there doing the work so I could be wrong.. at any rate they were fine, easy to communicate with, did the job on time , looks good and seemed like nice people.. (FYI: all done online and with email)
