I eventually realised that my phone number was plastered over dozens of different sites with some disgusting comments. I hired this company to remove the numbers from all of the sites and it worked after a few removals. They kept me fully updated on the process. The only unknown calls I get these days is random spam from I think China which is still annoying but a big improvement for my mental health.
