Upon noticing the charge, I checked my account and realized that the credits were not added. Despite providing them with invoices from my bank account and their own invoice confirming the payment, they claim I don't have a subscription or can't find the payment. I feel like I've spent more time going back and forth with them than the worth of the $29 I paid. I'm now seeking an alternative, and probably chargeback the account if they don't give me my credits or refund me.
