I didn't use ChatGPT to amend my text nor used translation so can not comment so far on theses features but hope next time to try them also. The website is easy to navigate and there are countless tutorials on how to better utilise the available features. The technical support is also great. I'm still trying to figure out the different voices and make my avatar to sound more like me but so far I am impressed with the product.

This company charged me $29 on April 10… This company charged me $29 on April 10 for my monthly subscription payment when I didn't have credits on my account. Upon noticing the charge, I checked my account and realized that the credits were not added. Despite providing them with invoices from my bank account and their own invoice confirming the payment, they claim I don't have a subscription or can't find the payment. I feel like I've spent more time going back and forth with them than the worth of the $29 I paid. I'm now seeking an alternative, and probably chargeback the account if they don't give me my credits or refund me.
