Racknerd Support is Excellent! Racknerd support is excellent and any issues are worked out so quickly. Very easy to navigate in the back office and set up websites with standard C Panel. Highly recommend Racknerd !

What little I asked was handled quickly. There have not been any issues that required support. I did have a few questions and needed reverse DNS set one time. In both of those cases the response was much quicker than I expected. Far faster than some experiences at other hosting companies.

Cheap but meh... They offer some of the cheapest options in the market, but the performance isn't that great. I bought a cheap VPS (Powered by Ryzen 7950X) and compared it with Vultr (same specs). The response of the hosted application is so slow on Racknerd. I used Docker so, there weren't configuration any issues. Maybe over sold IDK. Then, I installed WireGurd on it. The download speed was 4-7mbps 🫣 I will give it another go with a fresh installation for good measure.
