GBVery impressed over-all. I have been using Tokeet Channel Manager for over a year, including 2 of their additional services. Very impressed over-all. Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time! Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. LCTokeet is an amazing addition to my… Tokeet is an amazing addition to my Airbnb business. They solve issues for me instantly. Unlike booking. Com and Airbnb. They manage my bookings exceptionally well. Lots of help, advice and tips on hand when I need it. Highly recommended.

GBThe program itself is fairly ergonomic… The program itself is fairly ergonomic however there is sometimes a bit much and to someone who doesn't understand the terms it can be a bit confusing. Thankfully, the customer service is very efficient and not only do they have a live chat, they can live call and show you on screen in real time how to use the program, whilst sorting any issues. Very helpful.
