Amazing Customer Support The main thing that I really like about Tokeet is the customer service. When ever you need support no matter the time of day someone is always there to answer your queries and this is incredibly helpful

Excellent job I had been grappling with setting up rates on Tokeet and asking everyone for assistance for the past 6 months. However, thanks to Nauman Shahzad, I finally got it sorted. His explanation was brilliant—I don't have words for how helpful it was. Highly recommend!

Very impressed over-all. I have been using Tokeet Channel Manager for over a year, including 2 of their additional services. Very impressed over-all. Their channel Manager is very good, prevents double bookings & links all of my apartments with all channels etc.. If you have more than 2 listings, I advise using Automata, which automatically sends guest communication - this saves me sooooo much time! Tokeets customer service team are always there if you need help - very quick to reply to your queries. Michael just helped me for over 2 hours this evening. Tokeet is extremely impressive! Tokeet is extremely impressive for the simple fact that the quality EXCEEDS my previous channel managers..for much cheaper. What on earth is going on here? I started using Automata alongside Tokeet (they're actually made to work with each other) and that opened a lot of doors for me in terms of what I thought was possible for a single person to achieve with a busy vr company.

I highly recommend Tokeet We only use airbnb as a booking agent as well as direct bookings to us but we still use Tokeet as a channel manager as it makes life so much easier using this platform. I work constantly each day adjusting pricing so to me Tokeet is priceless - so easy to change pricing on their system. Also if there is an issue (normally because of airbnb not Tokeet) their back up service is 2nd to none - Their live chat is awesome and they reply quickly and sort the issue.
