GBABSOLUTELY 5 STAR SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I emailed Stan for help, requesting a 2 day extension on my trial until my funds became available. Not only did they respond to me within 24 hours, but they graciously gave me one month service at no charge! I have been in corporate customer service for 25 years and this is how it’s done right. Stan has a loyal customer for life.

CAIf you understand how to use Stan IF... you understand how to use Stan, you can be like the countless other creators who use Stan to earn income throughout most often their own digital products. Great to use and support has always been very helpful and fast. It was a good process setting up products, capturing emails, etc... and I am just starting up again. GBStan store has the worst customer… Stan store has the worst customer service center ever. My experience with them has been very terrible.The average time to get a response/reply from them is an average of 7 to 8 days. They will NEVER treat any request as urgent. There are no human beings there, just bots sending you generic emails. Pray you don't have an issue with your store, you will experience real frustrations from their lack of response. The company is being run by a very few individuals who do not have enough capacity to meet up with their responsibilities. I have a lot to say but I will stop here for now. I know one silly staff from there will come here to respond. If they ever do, I will release screenshots with time stamps of their inefficiencies for the world to see.
