USGood Experience with Customer Service I thought I selected the right laptop and apparently I didn't. Offered me pennies for a laptop that works when plugged in but the display goes out on battery. Want to charge me more to ship it back and I live in the same county so it makes no sense to charge me 4x more than you are willing to give for the laptop. You'd be better off just donating your used stuff to charity. Update: Misunderstanding and they promptly corrected it. They DO NOT CHARGE TO RETURN. Stand up company. Communicate up front if you have questions. Will keep them in mind if I have future needs.

USVery convenient and easy Very convenient and easy! Just find the item you want to sell on their website, accept the quote if you agree with it, print your shipping label and package the item, and drop off at your local UPS! Very straightforward and easy way to get rid of electronics you just don’t use!

USsmooth trade in experience i traded in a laptop and everything went very smoothly. They sent regular emails when they received the laptop and while it was under evaluation. The evaluation was timely and completed within the promised timeframe. They paid immediately and the evaluated condition was fair and exactly what I expected. Overall a very good experience

USWow did not think companies like this still existed Wow! Sold Gadget Salvation 5 devices that were in new condition. They took a week to evaluate and nickel and dimed the promised price to less than half. Sold a similar device to goroostr dot com and they gave me their promised price. Gadget Salvation is a scam. Only rating one star because negative stars were not an option.
