Mediocre While it didn't exactly knock my socks off, it does provide a straightforward approach to data management. The user interface is decently designed and fairly easy to navigate. However, I couldn't help but feel that some advanced features were missing, leaving room for improvement. Xtensio offers a basic solution for managers seeking to gain insights from their data, but it may not fully meet the needs of those looking for more robust functionalities. Give it a shot if simplicity is what you're after, but keep in mind that there may be other platforms out there with more advanced capabilities.

5 stars for excellent service *This used to be a 1 star review, but recent events made me want to give them 5 stars.* I have used Xtensio for free for about 2 years and am very satisfied with the program, apart from the watermarks. Recently I got a notification that they changed their free program to 1 active folio (before it was 3), but if you already had more than 1 folio you would still be able to edit these. This was annoying, but it said I could still finish my 3 existing folio's, so I carried on. I gave Xtensio a 1 star review because I could no longer work on any of my folio's, which was very frustrating. And the Helpdesk took some time to respond to my question, so I was displeased. However, when they did respond they went out of their way to help me, even contacting me afterwards to see if their advise had actually helped. It seemed that switching to a different browser solved my problems. They completely redeemed themselves and that deserves 5 stars :)

Horrible experience, no contact info Horrible! Four hours of work got deleted without any warning. Contact centre is impossible to find, they keep sending me to help centre which provides zero useful information! I do not recommend this app to anyone!

Xtensio as one of Underrated Program Xtensio has become my go-to program whenever I need help with my presentation. It helped me become more creative and explore them through different ideas or templates I could use for the improvement of tasks

Xtensio: Creativity and Efficiency both in one place! I came across Xtensio on google when I was looking for insight on business planning and organising. I was surprised how Xtensio was so easy to use. The templates made my work organized and I could think clearly on what to do next. It saved me so much time. The variety of templates with fonts and color pallete you can choose yourself create visually appealing documents. Being a creative person myself it makes it easy for me streamline my plan and creative process. I love it. I will keep using Xtensio!
