Fill in the online form, print it and mail it with payment and you are done. No post office lines, no rejection/returns due to a line being filled out incorrectly. Well wort the money spent for the service.

Easy & Simple Process I found the process was easy therefore it did not take me long to complete the process. Technology is not always easy in this day & time but it was very simple to complete & print the application. Although I chose to get a picture taken I believe the ability to take your on picture is an added benefit.
