I have been a minecraft server owner since 2014 and have lots of bad experiences with hosts. Can honestly say I haven't had one with this host. Server is always up, it's fast, and doesn't cost a fortune. Highly recommend.

System is garbage, price is only thing going for it. TL;DR: If you're cheap and don't care about performance/support, go for it. Support is slow and the invoice system is broken, got charged for servers I never bought and even more after they got cancelled. Even more, instead of refunding to my credit card, they refunded to my balance towards another server. The CPU usage is a borderline scam, but their packages are very affordable. What really ticked me off was how I had to create a ticket JUST TO UNSUB FROM EMAILS, which of course didn't even work and required direct support. I don't ever remember subscribing in the first place.
