GBA very happy customer. I highly recommend them. I've been with SeekaHost for a few months now, the service is excellent! The replies to my emails are always very fast, and they've solved any issue I had (mostly a result of my putting in the wrong settings), efficiently and took the time to explain what my error was so I don't repeat it. Also, a huge plus, is that their prices are fair and reasonable. They don't extort you like other companies do, when it's time to renew your account. I'm ver happy with them

GB4 out of 5 times, you'll be happy. That 1 time makes you start questioning if I need to change hosts. I've had solid, great, and understanding customer service from SeekaHost. Majority of the time when I'm in need of technical help,my issue is resolved. However, 1 out of 5 times, I've gotten a REALLY, REALLY, REALLY LAZY specialist that doesn't want to provide proper guest service. In turn, I have to figure out where everything is at in cPanel, or email integration, or DNS. It was easier to find a FAQ on Google, than to deal with somewhere on their end that didn't want to do their job. Here's an interaction I've received. "Sir, it's just easier if you understand the process on changing your DNS. You're not going to learn anything, if I make the change." I don't need to understand the process of making a DNS change. This is the reason why I'm paying for a web hosting service. You're the expert, I create web pages. I've been so frustrated that 1 out of 5 times, I've actually told the specialist to "Go F%$! yourself." Ended the support. Majority of the time, I've received some really great help. Those reps make me realize my money is being well spent. HOWEVER.... That 1 out of 5 times I need help, I've thought about dumping SeekAHost and migrating my website to another host. Most part, generally happy. The good service I've received has made me generally happy. Times that I've been annoyed or frustrated, really test your patience.

GBI moved from a well-know services… I moved from a well-know services provider to SeekaHost hosting earlier this year and have to say that the service and support have been excellent. I would highly recommend them and also there is the e-learning platform at univertsity.SeekaHost.com, which is excellent for people who want to learn more about blogging, Internet marketing, etc.

GBI have been with Seekahost for 3 years I have been with Seekahost for 3 years. It is a good service, never had any problem with Footprints or google algo. Be careful not to make your site heavy because if you make it heavy with backups and what have you soon you will exceed your limit and experience downtime. Otherwise, it is good and affordable. Good customer service.
