I was 285 and am currently weighing90 lbs down in 9 months in… I was 285 and am currently weighing in at 197. I personally feel better than I havre in years!!!! I look better and have more energy! I had dinner last Sunday at outback and… I had dinner last Sunday at outback and Webb salad and their beef chili. I think the beef chili was very salty as long as along with the salad that had bacon on it. I think that may have contributed to my gaining 4 pounds in one day. I think that’s all water, I have to stay away from water or salt rather, it does nothing but add water to my weight. Otherwise, things are going well. Feeling good still working out three days a week with Veterans. And the Jen fit program spring is here and working outside in the garden a lot.
