I had dinner last Sunday at outback and… I had dinner last Sunday at outback and Webb salad and their beef chili. I think the beef chili was very salty as long as along with the salad that had bacon on it. I think that may have contributed to my gaining 4 pounds in one day. I think that’s all water, I have to stay away from water or salt rather, it does nothing but add water to my weight. Otherwise, things are going well. Feeling good still working out three days a week with Veterans. And the Jen fit program spring is here and working outside in the garden a lot.

Bad experience Bad experience! Getting someone to respond is like pulling teeth once you make a payment! Unless it’s time for them to get your money again! There’s no community aspect, no informative place or platform you feel secure and open to discuss your journey or ask questions. Responses take over a week in their portal and they always had some bull crap story about system glitches as to why. Choose wisely, this is an expensive journey!
