Thrilled about the technical aspects, but support needs improvement I just moved my sites from Cloudways and Kinsta to xCloud, as xCloud offers better value for the cost. At least my sites run faster in terms of feelings and numbers. The only slight drawback I currently feel about xCloud is the support. Compared to Kinsta, it's not as fast or communicative. I'm aware that Kinsta is in another price class, but in my opinion, support is key and needs to be fast, precise, and on time. I'm aware that xCloud is a new player in the field, and I hope that it will evolve into a robust service. I'm confident in that. Anyway, thank you very much for your hard work so far. For now, my sites will run on xCloud.

Absolutely fantastic customer support! I found xCloud while searching for a Cloud Server alternative. It was good to find out that the developers are those responsible for providing us with so many applications that we already use. The comparative features are fantastic. It's so easy to navigate and deploy features. I migrated three site, and while I had issues with my wordpress configuration due to the migration method I used, xCloud customer support quickly resolved the issues. Kathryn was incredible. she explained the issues that she found and went to the trouble of showing the resolution process, sharing a video of how she did it. After multiple issues were resolved, Kathryn was still there to offer additional support. So far my experience with xCloud has been great. Compared to other services I recently tried and cancelled they come out on top!

Great experience so far! I was super hesitant about making the switch from Cloudways to xCloud because of it being a new company. However, after I got an email from the guys at WPManageNinja (I use like three of their plugins on my websites and I think they are trustworthy), recommending xCloud and talking really well about the founders, I decided to give it a try. I purchased a Contabo server and the xCloud Lifetime plan. Now my expenses went from about 1k per year to $200 per year in total and I still get a similar level of performance and support as I did on Cloudways. As is, the service is really great and I wish there was something like this when I first got started since it would've saved me thousands of dollars over the years!

The best WordPress hosted panel for your VPS I've been using Cloudpanel for my custom VPS (not managed), because Cloudways is really costly when you want a powerful VPS. Problem is, Cloudpanel is free and opensource, so I have to manage it, update it and so on. My server got hacked because I didn't update Cloudpanel for example. So xCloud is the perfect solution for me, since they take care of the updates, the improvements and they are also focus 100% on WordPress to make your WordPress websites faster and easier to manage.

Nothing but the best so far! xCloud service and the team have been amazing to work with. With all of my 100's of questions they are quick to respond, helping each step of the way for migrating my site over. The xCloud customer dashboard is so easy to navigate which I really appreciate. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a wordpress host/server manager!
