I made the switch to xCloud… I made the switch to xCloud after coming from RunCloud. From setting up the server (Hetzner) to migrating WordPress sites, everything went smoothly. I am still learning all the settings and features, but so far, it has been an easy transition. The UI is very polished and everything just works! Very happy I found xCloud and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cloud management panel, especially for WordPress sites. Also, shout out to Florence for awesome customer service!

Absolutely fantastic customer support! I found xCloud while searching for a Cloud Server alternative. It was good to find out that the developers are those responsible for providing us with so many applications that we already use. The comparative features are fantastic. It's so easy to navigate and deploy features. I migrated three site, and while I had issues with my wordpress configuration due to the migration method I used, xCloud customer support quickly resolved the issues. Kathryn was incredible. she explained the issues that she found and went to the trouble of showing the resolution process, sharing a video of how she did it. After multiple issues were resolved, Kathryn was still there to offer additional support. So far my experience with xCloud has been great. Compared to other services I recently tried and cancelled they come out on top!

Easy to Use This panel is good for agencies juggling multiple client websites and is way better and more affordable than Cloudways. I was using Runcloud before and now I switched to this and it looks good and easy to use with an intuitive panel! It is a new product so some of the important features are in the roadmap. But I will give a chance to this team.
