GBGreat product (Smartphone holder) and… Great product (Smartphone holder) and great support. I wanted to use the product to attach a smartphone to a selfie stick for use with an action camera. The holder needed to be small enough to put in a small camera bag. The Deeper product was the only one that is.

GBGreat customer service After randomly using my deeper for over 2 years suddenly didn't want to charge. I was ready to cut it open to check the battery but before that I contacted customer service even out of warranty. Without any hassle they helped me recover my deeper! Glad I didn't cut it open. They do stay behind their product and are here to help. Thank you Deeper!

GBExcellent Customer Service I contacted the company as I was having a problem charging my Deeper Sonar due to my error in not closing the two halves correctly. They were very responsive and explained that water had probably damaged the major electronic components. Without asking they offered a refurbished replacement at at very reasonable price which was shipped promptly. I love my Sonar and the Customer service is excellent

GBDeeper Staff are helpful… Deeper Staff are always quick to respond to chat requests, and can generally resolve any queries that arise with deeper products, which are really well made and reliable anyway.
