GBExcellent Customer Service I contacted the company as I was having a problem charging my Deeper Sonar due to my error in not closing the two halves correctly. They were very responsive and explained that water had probably damaged the major electronic components. Without asking they offered a refurbished replacement at at very reasonable price which was shipped promptly. I love my Sonar and the Customer service is excellent

GBGreat customer service After randomly using my deeper for over 2 years suddenly didn't want to charge. I was ready to cut it open to check the battery but before that I contacted customer service even out of warranty. Without any hassle they helped me recover my deeper! Glad I didn't cut it open. They do stay behind their product and are here to help. Thank you Deeper!

AUDeeper sonar system is great The deeper sonar system is really versatile compared to other sonar systems, use it wherever you are whether on boat, kayak, shore. The longest session I've used it for is around 6 hours and there was still over 30% left in the battery and I've had the sonar for a few years now. I've contacted customer support on a couple of occassions about some of the mapping features and other features and the responses have been quick and very helpful. Highly recommend!

GBWas having trouble getting my deeper to… Was having trouble getting my deeper to connect to my device,got in contact with deeper there help was outstanding turned out it was me doing something wrong.the deeper now works perfectly great bit of kit to add to your armour.
