Always on, great service After years of suffering through AT&T's negligence, I finally have a service that works. Always on, always working, great service.

Great service and personal support The internet service has been truly wonderful....fast and reliable. I feel assured that any problem that might come up would be handled quickly by Daniel. Also he is helpful beyond the scope of internet access and is willing to help solve other computer issues. Although I haven't switched over several of my neighbors now use a small local phone company rather than ATT for landline phone service. They are very happy with their change which is cheaper and far more reliable. Dan has helped many of us up in these rural ages with upgrading many aspects of our computer/tech needs. Like many others here, we feel blessed to have such good and inexpensive internet service backed by outstanding customer service. I couldn't be happier.

5 Star Service! Not only is Daniel a pleasure to be around he is very good at what he does. He fixed our desktop when it crashed and linked up, via wi-fi, a very temperamental printer. Daniel also upgraded the ram in my laptop so it could keep up with my growing business. He even was able to help us get internet hooked up in 5 locations. Truthfully, I could go on and on. Even when I have a 'dumb' question Daniel has been there to help!

Daniel is Exceptionally Skilled and Caring. Daniel got my call for help and pull off the road to assist me with my computer problem. I had to figure out how to generate a document. Daniel took remote control in my computer and did his magic. I totally trust Daniel to access my computer. He did not stop until he solved the problem and then he made sure I knew how to generate the documents for the pictures he rescued from a zip file. He was his usual concerned skilled person and did not hang up until I understood how to generate the documents that I needed. He is very knowledgeable to say the least, and he is caring in assisting me. I relaxed as I know from past experiences that Daniel will solve the problem and give me the help I need to move forward. I highly recommend Daniel because he is skilled and he guinely cares.
