DEpoor user experience. poor user experience. they don't accurately estimate how long it should take to convert, so you possibly wait about 5 mins for it to upload to find out if it will take less than 5 mins for the conversion is free, but if you don't make it they show "Rejected". i tried with a ~145mb animated gif. i gave up and just used imagemagick on the computer for free without wasting my time on these services
