As you may know, being on top of the cases can be frustrating, but this app makes it easier. Also, I've used their service to contact a lawyer and it's more affordable this way than getting one on your own.

Lawyers don’t show up to appointments Lawyers don’t show up to appointments. They either never confirm or cancel at the last moment. The app often has issues when trying to log in. There are errors when trying to access the help section. Costs are not transparently communicated. No live chat.
