Highly recommended Initially I was a bit sceptical because right after subscribing there were some technical issues due to a high surge in conversions. But the problem got resolved pretty quickly and everything has been working great ever since. The customer support is excellent as well as they always reply as fast as possible. Super easy to learn Super easy to learn. In a few minutes, I was up and running and creating an audio glossary for my new book. The choice of voices is fantastic and they sound dang near human. The pricing is totally reasonable, especially compared to the cost of a voice artist. When I had questions, they were answered promptly through chat. I'm very impressed with their customer service and completely happy with their product.

Since I signed in as a new subscriber… Since I signed in as a new subscriber less than a week ago, I have obtained advice from three different technical experts, who advised me as I learned the ropes. All friendly and efficient.

Lectures Easy to use and tweak the pronunciation, pacing, and emphasis. The UK and USA (conversational) work well for extended audio, e.g. lectures. It would be great though to have a few more voices like these as the Canadian and Australian ones don't yet have this nuance. Really enjoy using the product and tested out a lot of alternatives before landing on Play.ht.
