Got scammed Got scammed. Deceptive advertising. Billed me for thier most expensive plan despite advertising the option as a 'free trial'. When i got in touch with support they were rude and just an awfully unhelpful team.

Bad Customer Service I subscribed for a yearly plan by mistake and wanted a monthly subscription instead. I contacted customer service immediately, but their response time was abysmal. After much back and forth, they initially agreed to refund only 50% of my payment. With persistent efforts, they reluctantly increased the offer to 75%, but I am still waiting for their response—it's been ages! The tool itself is just okay, not great, and definitely not worth the hassle if you ever need to deal with their customer service. The customer service team, especially Mark and Adam, are unhelpful and exhibit poor customer ethics. It's apparent that they are not committed to customer satisfaction. They are arrogant and have made the refund process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I strongly advise against purchasing this tool. There are better alternatives out there like Quiltbot that value customer service and are more transparent with their refund policies. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.
