It is very hard or even impossible to create custom forms which has been a pretty big problem for me. Unfortunately, customer service has not been very helpful, probably because I have run into so many bugs and problems that they are not able to sufficiently help which has been very disappointing. Because of these bugs, incomplete features, and unhelpful customer service, the website I thought would take a week or two to build, is still not done 3 months later.
