Very good results but it won't finish processing payments. Very good results but after the free images it was impossible to upgrade and process payment, it's hanging both when clicking PayPal and when adding credit card info, none of the two options go through. My location is France. My network was fine, other websites loaded quickly so I guess it's their server. Eventually I've had to give it up.

Gabriela is a ROCKSTAR Gabriela is a ROCKSTAR! She handled my case quickly and with maximum efficiency! Refunded my subscription because I wasn't using it anymore and let me know that I could come back within 6 months and get all my credits back (I did not know this before) so this is the perfect incentive for me to continue to find a use for the software in the future. Best customer experience! I wish every company could hire a Gabriela :)

More Than I Could Ever Expect Firstly when i was signing up, I did not believe the things Lets Enhance was backing up could possibly be true. I do photo edits and wall arts, and this app/software has made possible some works that i would never have thought could be possible. Processor is mostly very good at analysing and upscaling is miraculous. Thank you Devs!!!!!

Help was quick I was helped by Gabriela via online chat. She seemed very knowledgable and we tracked down my problem with 15 minutes. I am now back up and running.

Incredible software, highly recommend Incredible software. Professionally speaking it's life saving. Can't recommend enough. Don't expect magic because there is a limit to how much you can upscale, and you obviously get visible artifacts. If you're looking for high quality printing this won't do the job - but neither is supposed to. Most of the time results are almost perfect and very little and not noticeable artifacts. Can't live without it.
