TRTerrible support , no updates If you complain and report the bugs, they will return with an answer to you like "find a server expert,it's a user side bug". If you don't want to lose your customers data, don't want to waste your time with their terrible support system you should keep up with other alternatives. I tried for 8 months and totaly regret from my decision. From their side : all errors, wisecp bugs,wisecp related data loses (which belongs to customers) and mistakes are server related^^They are somehow always innocent. I will not change my rating for any empty-cheap excuses.

AFIn my experience with WiseCP it has… In my experience with WiseCP it has great interface fully friendly and responsive, the good think I found it has a good search form and fully customizable, automations function is doing his jobs perfectly, the WiseCP support team is always on hands. GBExcellent product without a doubt.. Excellent product without any doubt... although the product is still catching up to the likes of whmcs. I made a bold move to wisecp from whmcs and don't regret as its user friendly and simple to navigate and meets the basic requirements my hosting business requires. Hopefully they team will take on the communities request and build a better customer portal to be like WHMCS or better.. I would definitely recommend wisecp if anyone is looking for an alternative to whmcs.

NLBeautiful software with great support! The reason we chose WiseCP is the sheer beauty of it. Other web hosting billing software looks like '90's programming compared to this. As is to be expected with complex software, there were some questions while setting it all up. Those questions were without exception answered switfly and adequately by the WiseCP support staff. We are very impressed by this, and it gives us confidence about the speed of solutions when there might be adjustment needed in the future (for example, when a payment gateway or a domain registrar changes something in their API, or incompatibilities arise as hosting software gets updated). All in all, a very pleasurable experience!
