Terrible support , no updates If you complain and report the bugs, they will return with an answer to you like "find a server expert,it's a user side bug". If you don't want to lose your customers data, don't want to waste your time with their terrible support system you should keep up with other alternatives. I tried for 8 months and totaly regret from my decision. From their side : all errors, wisecp bugs,wisecp related data loses (which belongs to customers) and mistakes are server related^^They are somehow always innocent. I will not change my rating for any empty-cheap excuses.

Will Give 5 stars Will Give 5 stars, but there is one but. When i got in problem, i opened support ticket with Technical Department, so, i cannot get answer at all. But somehow managed to resolve problem by myself. Panel is great, easy to use, better than WHMCS, and other panels - this is one of the bests what i used so far.

Beautiful software with great support! The reason we chose WiseCP is the sheer beauty of it. Other web hosting billing software looks like '90's programming compared to this. As is to be expected with complex software, there were some questions while setting it all up. Those questions were without exception answered switfly and adequately by the WiseCP support staff. We are very impressed by this, and it gives us confidence about the speed of solutions when there might be adjustment needed in the future (for example, when a payment gateway or a domain registrar changes something in their API, or incompatibilities arise as hosting software gets updated). All in all, a very pleasurable experience!

WISECP is revolutionizing hosting… WISECP is revolutionizing hosting automation. Their support team is superb and they always respond timely and with detailed responses. Their dev team is extremely dedicated to adding new features, fixing bugs, and adding enhanced functionality to the software. The software is very modern, user friendly, and in my opinion better than WHMCS in several areas. WISECP has lots of room to grow and I am excited to know what awesome features they add in 2023!

What I say better is; the staff working hard and not withholding support at the highest speed according to the intensity, and in addition to this, they convey your problem and solution to you even in all problems with add-ons and special processes other than their own software.
