When I went to transfer ownership of a site during an exit, Paul and the team were great in helping me completing the transfer. They were always quick to respond and find a solution.

Product is great, customer support is even better I used to use PrettyLinks for my redirects and started using Lasso about 6-12 months ago and IT'S SO MUCH BETTER. Creating articles and adding affiliate links has become so much easier to manage and my site looks better and more professional than anything I created before. It's easy, seamless and is helping me make more money from affiliate marketing. The team is great too. They accidentally overcharged me for months and I didn't realize. After contacting their customer support within a day they had fully refunded me. I can tell they actually really care about their customers which means a lot to me. I would highly recommend you at least give this product a try.

Wow. This couldn't get any better. Wow. Working with a new site that participates in the Amazon Affiliate program and was delighted to find Lasso because it makes product presentations super simple and easy to manage. Coming from ThirstyAffiliates, it's felt like massive upgrade in user experience. Link management is easy. Product comparison layouts are a breeze. Literally drag and drop. I can't imagine the hours this tool saves. But it doesn't end there. A few weeks in, I discovered that the Lasso plugin was interfering with some of the CSS rules set by the editor I'm using, Elementor. I decided to write a detailed overview of the problem and sent it to the support team--with little expectation that they would get to the bug fix anytime soon. It was the Holidays so they made a point to acknowledge my note and keep me posted. Communication was super professional. And they ultimately patched the bug. I didn't know SaaS companies still delivered product support like this in 2024. So here I am, someone who almost never writes reviews, singing their praises. Great tool. Great people.

There's no better affiliate marketing plugin I've been with Lasso since nearly the beginning. The recent changes to the pricing structure make it even better. While it may not be the best for a site not already generating revenue, I can tell you that you will see a bump in your affiliate earnings. The support is extremely personalized, which hasn't changed as they've grown. And the recent additions based on feedback (like comparison tables, which they originally said they wouldn't do) make this a must for any affiliate marketer.

The support is present and effective about any topic , and open to customers requests. There is also a blog where you can keep yourself updated about the best practices. Highly recommended .
