I reached out with the chat function, on a Saturday, and the founder responded within a few hours advising that there was a fix and i could either re-download the plug-in or wait for the next auto update on the Wednesday (I went with the latter). Really friendly, helpful service. I really like Lasso - a great tool that is being continually improved at a very reasonable price.

I love getting the daily and weekly emails, it's a great way to keep an eye on affiliate earnings without having to log into each platform all the time, which I just didn't do as often as I should. Product is great, customer support is even better I used to use PrettyLinks for my redirects and started using Lasso about 6-12 months ago and IT'S SO MUCH BETTER. Creating articles and adding affiliate links has become so much easier to manage and my site looks better and more professional than anything I created before. It's easy, seamless and is helping me make more money from affiliate marketing. The team is great too. They accidentally overcharged me for months and I didn't realize. After contacting their customer support within a day they had fully refunded me. I can tell they actually really care about their customers which means a lot to me.
