GBIf i could give a lower rating i would If i could give a lower rating i would. the 'tech support' are useless and rude. They will just close your ticket when they decide they either cant be bothered anymore or have no idea what they are on about. When you open a new ticket 'tech support' will blatantly refuse to read through the transcripts and instead go through the same trouble shooting as the last. this wouldnt be too much of an issue if i hadnt already spent hours in a previous ticket and then been assured the ticket wouldnt be closed until the problem had been resolved. The 'mods' barely work, they either do not install or state they have installed but in fact havent. DO NOT spend a penny here. You will come to regret it.

USI had a couple problems and Sunrise was… I had a couple problems and Sunrise was able to help me very quickly even at such an odd time during the night. I have a limited knowledge when it comes to these things and with the limited information I was able to give Mr. Sunrise he was able to pinpoint what I needed to do and gave me step by step instructions to get my problem solved. Great app and great support team. Very knowledgeable.
