Never use this host. This is my second time writing this review since they literally dmed me via discord and said whats wrong and tried to make me take down the review(and put the review on hold so that nobody can see the one star review).They literally pinged everyone in the discord just because of ONE bad review. However this time I'm glad I stopped using this host before their "disaster" and terrible service. They depend on a company named "oracle" which doesn't use the best servers nor reliable.Oracle literally terminated their account(I dont know the full details) and now their minecraft services are now shutdown forever or for a very long time. Looking at the reviews they're saying they have more than 2 years of experience while they literally promote anyone who knows the basics of their system to staff which can access all of your servers without permission.they dont hold any responsibility about your servers and they will always depend on another retailer's or oracle's servers. Dont depend on a hosting for your servers if the hosting service doesn't take responsibility at all or if they're a small company who can shutdown their business whenever they like. Edit:How interesting on how you reply to my review by telling me how I didn't pay a good enough amount for a good server.One of the founders named Apollo21 gave me a chart of what plans would be good for my server.I followed that chart and bought an 8$/per month yet you complain about how I didn't buy a good enough plan. If you even tried to read my review I talked about the server qualities not budget.I'm also talking abouy your staff team, a staff member named Kyu who helped me with my server.While Kyu was helping me with the server Kyu opped himself without permission.I gave him permission to look at the server files not use the console to access himself commands.I gave him permissions which I gave.I asked Kyu how he or she became a staff and Kyu said that he or she just helped the infinitynodes' community a lot. That's the problem about your staffs.They barely knew how our server was functioning and just kept saying the most random things.I am not complaining about Kyu yet I ask for a better support team who actually have experience.And why don't you just let a person leave a review instead of leaking his discord name and acting like this is a conversation?
