They are always get back to us the same day and even have an emergency line for the weekends after hours... I especially want to give a shout out to SERENA. She is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with anywhere! If you ever lose her you are losing your best asset. She's kind, always helpful and so personable. GBCustomer support is excellent Customer support is excellent. Although, sometimes the Support team gets overwhelmed and can not get back to the customer right away. However, when working with the support team on any issues, the problem is almost always resolved.
