USThe software has worked great for the … The software has worked great for the past 2+ years. There are some tweaks I would like to see that would make things more streamlined for me (adding a non-taxed monthly add-on and automated billing at midnight being the main ones that come to mind). Overall, I am happy with the software, but hopeful for more improvements Updated 10/1/20: The software has added several upgrades and has greatly increased the QoL. They are continually adding features and the support has been phenomenal. There are still a few things that I would like to see added in future updates but overall I am very happy with the progression of the software.

PHGym Assistant always have the most… Gym Assistant always have the most accommodating trainers to assist you online. They always respond as soon as possible to queries and are very interactive with you! I always have the best experience with them.

USThis has truly been the best gym… This has truly been the best gym software to work with and their customer service has been excellent. They are always get back to us the same day and even have an emergency line for the weekends after hours... I especially want to give a shout out to SERENA. She is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with anywhere! If you ever lose her you are losing your best asset. She's kind, always helpful and so personable. Best of all, even when it's not gym assistants issue, she works with us to get us to a solution. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thanks Serena and thanks gym assistant.
