We spoke with someone 8 years ago, and have continued to ask over and over, about a simple tax option and never get any updates that have anything to do with that. Having to manually put in dollar amounts for services all day, every single day, because you can't separate the tax option for tanning or gym services.

They are always get back to us the same day and even have an emergency line for the weekends after hours... I especially want to give a shout out to SERENA. She is the best customer service agent I have ever worked with anywhere! If you ever lose her you are losing your best asset. She's kind, always helpful and so personable. Best of all, even when it's not gym assistants issue, she works with us to get us to a solution. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Thanks Serena and thanks gym assistant.
