About Resound

Resound is the AI podcast editor for creators. It automated things like detecting filler sounds (ums and ahs), long silences, and much more on the way. Resound's mission is to automate post-production so creators can focus on their message, not their mess-ups. Built by the same team behind Culpable and 15 other #1 shows in Apple Podcasts.

Incredible Podcast Editor I have been producing a podcast for over a year and have been the sole editor. Figuring out the nuances of fine-tuning my audio has been fun but very time-consuming. So, I gave Resound a shot, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This innovative tool is a game-changer for podcasters looking to streamline their editing process. While it's still in the early stages of development, what is already available is more than enough to start immediately using for your editing process. Even supplmentary. One of Resound's standout features is its exceptional time-saving capabilities through keyboard shortcuts and auto-detection of filler sounds and silence. The functionality behind this app is truly impressive, as it automates many tedious editing tasks that would otherwise consume hours of my time. With Resound, I can focus on creating quality content without being bogged down by manual editing processes. In addition to its time-saving benefits, the Resound Editor boasts a user-friendly interface that is super smooth to work with. Navigating through the app is intuitive, and the controls are well-designed for maximum efficiency. Whether you're a seasoned podcaster or a beginner, you'll appreciate how easy it is to use this app. Overall, I highly recommend Resound to anyone in the podcasting community. It is an incredible time-saver and a super user-friendly app that simplifies editing without compromising quality. If you want to take your podcast to the next level, look no further than Resound. They are adding new features on the regular and expanding so rapidly that I expect they'll directly compete with Descript in no time and for a more reasonable price!

As a beginner to podcast editing, Resound is a life changer As a beta user, I've seen so many improvements to Resound over the last year and the team is so helpful and responsive. The product itself is simple and does exactly what you need it to do. It saves you time and the finished result is high quality. I've had great feedback from my community on the quality of their podcasts and my podcast after using Resound. One simple change was using Resound and I'm grateful that this product exists.

Exellent quick, and reliable audio processor This is pretty decent. Upload of a 3GB video file was quick - maybe a few minutes. Processing was quick too. I upaldoed video mp4 file and downloaded mp3 audio file. Used Camtasia to stitch video with the enchanted audio. The audio is clear, I previously used Remaster Media to mix and manually alter the audio to sound better = but this was much quicker. Looking forward to when this can work fully with videos too! And not just audio.

Save up to 2/3 of the time on basic spoken word editing I've been doing a regular podcast for two years. In the last few months, I've started to feel like post-production is a lot of work, so I've started to scrap it. When I discovered the Resound app, I was overjoyed. Anyone who edits audio knows all too well how challenging it is to find all the eh's, munchies, etc. Plus the quality of the spoken word editing is great - clear voice. I really like the ability to create projects and combined editing of individual voices. I want to say that with the first audio I saved min 2/3 of editing time.
