Support saves the day I have a pretty beefy server with Cyclone. I started running into issues with one of our game servers and it was causing a LOT of issues. We spent so much time trying to troubleshoot the issue. I should have reached out to their support team earlier. They were able to resolve the issue extremely quick. They saved my server population! Thank you so much. You have gained a customer for life!

10/10 Company! I've been using Cyclone Servers for over 6 years for multiple projects my team and I have had. Great servers for low prices. Very easy-to-use portal page to manage all my servers. Also, the support is very quick and any issues are typically resolved within minutes. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

These people are incompetent scammers These people are incompetent scammers. I bought several VPSs from them. Immediately, the panel didn't work, wouldn't load. They switched software several times on the panel to find something that worked. Next there nodes were horribly overloaded. I had trouble getting 10mb/s IO. It took me a while to figure this out, about 30 days as the service was up and down, and technical support was slow and useless. After I asked for a refund they refused. They also switched a lot of users from a yearly service plans for a reasonable fee to a $5 a month plans without notice or refund when they migrated to a new server.

Possibly the best server hosting… Possibly the best server hosting platform out there, while they may not offer some supercomputer, they don't suck you in with a 2 year contract and getting support is genuinely painless unlike some other hosts I've tried in the past. I personally have hosted a few servers off of Cyclone and it has been nothing but a good experience all around, I know one of my friends has a large GMod community and with upwards of 50 players the server ran flawlessly. The support is very friendly and I was never ignored or told that they couldn't help. I would honestly recomend this server host to anyone from starting out server owners to large servers.
