HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER Their management is horrible. I bought a VPS from them yesterday and it had been terminated without prior notice within one day. I asked their management and the reason they gave me is fraud record, which was inconclusively made by another rogue provider called LetBox with whom I disputed against due to early termination of service. Moreover, if they do care about it, they should have declined the order before its activation, but they hadn't. This case shows how little discretion at which they make decisions and how less they care about their clients.

Can I just say WOW Can I just say WOW? I had issues with my previous host. They said it was my problem and I needed to investigate/fix the issue. I reached out to the Cyclone staff… not only did they fix the issue, they gave me a discount to move to their platform. I’m never leaving.

Honestly Honestly, i don't understand these other reviews. I have had no trouble with cyclone servers, the support team and servers are pretty fast and reliable. I would easily rate this server provider 5 stars.

Worth it. I got a server from these guys to test out some ideas I had. Not only did the staff answer all my questions quickly, but I was able to get a better server because I was looking at didn’t meet my real needs. Who wants a game that lags when people start raiding? Not me. Thanks Cyclone. I’ll be grabbing some more servers soon.
