The customer support is polite but when… The customer support is polite but when you start asking something very specific then the answers or help becomes really slow as they need to include someone from the technical assistance team to take over which always takes time.

The support handled all of my many… The support handled all of my many requests promptly and politely. Had some trouble setting the campaigns up due to some importing issues but all is solved now. Thanks
