I received help from email support and when they were not able to help me, the escalated things to a conference call with top people in the support chain. They are very helpful and want to see that fourthwall users have the best experience possible.

I moved to Fourthwall in 2022 and… I moved to Fourthwall in 2022 and haven't looked back. I can finally sell the stock I have at home alongside my print on demand merch in one store! Everything ships FAST, and 2 times ever I've had issues, staff fixed and replaced the items quickly. Twitch gifting is another level, though. Having fans able to give each other merch is a game changer! I hope Fourthwall is around forever cause my small business lives here now.
