Great software from a trustworthy source This software works great for my video editing purposes. I got exactly what I paid for with no issues or hassles. I even talked with their customer support to switch my software to a new PC and they were very prompt and helpful, with the transition being a snap. From my experience it seems like a trustworthy group making a good product.

Lots of bugs and no promised service. Lots of bugs and no promised service. The files downloaded are mostly not acceptable in Final cut Pro Support is none although they promised to get back. So writing to them is a waste of money.

Works great, simple to use, and reliable I am now able to download videos from various video services (in addition to YouTube), including websites where my older download tool failed to download. SnapDownloader is very impressive, and yet it is also very easy to use. It simply works, and has been very reliable. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of SnapDownloader. For context, my line of work is that of a Software Engineer, and I am old-school and value stability and simplicity over unnecessary or extra features/fluff.
