Incredibly useful tool for my workflow. Incredibly useful tool for my workflow. Emailing is a huge part of job, but I've always hated trying to stay organized in my email app (currently Outlook). Taskrobin allows me to easily get any email I need to into my Notion workspace (rather than manually creation in Notion) where it can then be organized and scheduled accordingly. It has been really freeing for me mentally.

Great for project management & archiving A great tool to have for project management and archiving your emails/attachments within Notion. Relational links can be created between these emails and other tables in Notion (e.g. table of projects, milestones, tasks or people).

Good integration service between Outlook and Notion. This integration works perfect for me. Projectplanning in Notion and communication in Outlook. With the integration services from taskrobin, i don't need to upload my mail to Notion manual. This saves me a lot of time! Tried some integration services before, but Taskrobin is the only one wich works!
