Great Customer Service I have been host with these folks for almost a year now. In that time I have started many different types of servers with them and I always like to deal with these guys. Whenever I have an issue with something they have a team member to help usually within the hour (during normal hours). Compared to other host my favorite thing is Customer Service, rather than submitting a ticket and getting a text response that doesn't really help, the team is willing to get in a call to assist and walk you through and troubleshoot problems. I have mainly been helped by Ethan the owner who is extremely patient with me and I'm sure he could teach a baboon to start a server. All around great people and at a decent price.

Best Hosting Company!! I've been a customer of Mellow Services for a couple of months. It's one of the best hosting companies I've used by far. Not only does the company provide exceptional service, but anytime I have encountered an issue with my server or have expressed interest in expanding my services, there has always been excellent communication and the owner himself has always gone above and beyond with communication and providing exceptional options that were perfect for my server. I highly recommend this hosting service as they offer high quality services that are extensive in nature!

I am a dev on a FiveM Server and i needed a lot of help on SnailyCad as it was new to me and he made it simple and easy for me to understand. Our server revamp launches on the 19th and without his help we would not have a cad.
