No support/paid for nothing My first time purchasing an item from this site and an error code happened after taking my payment stopping me from receiving my items when it comes to my friend code. I’ve tried contacting customer support and had zero response. Even tried email and received quite a ridiculous response saying “if you don’t trust this service then you do not have to use it” like I already used it don’t take my money and then not give me what I PAID for. lol either they just don’t care or there support process is just not active. I’ve also seen some reviews on here saying the same thing. Probably should have checked before I went through with the purchase tbh.

This site is unbelievable right now… This site is unbelievable right now I’ve tried logging in several times, and am not successful. I’ve made purchases and haven’t received any of the items I’ve purchased! I’ve tried contacting them to see what’s going on with the log in issue and maybe see about getting my money back. When I go to open a support ticket is stated my account isn’t eligible for that what does that even mean I wrote in the chat and it stated someone will email me and I still haven’t received a response this was 2 weeks ago and still can’t get in contact with anyone. Every time I try to enter my friend code it states invalid code. I’ve used this site in the past and have had no issue but now I have loads! Would not recommend using this
