This was my first lease through… This was my first lease through RentSpree. Process is pretty easy to maneuver. Once I figured out how to group applicants with different names together for same application. Reading helps! LOL

Easy to use! I actually missed the webinar and only had the 3 minute video intro to rent spree, but had to submit an application. I was able to navigate and set it up without fully knowing what rent spree could offer. It was super easy to use and got the information I needed first try. I was very impressed.

RentSpree made my life so much easier… RentSpree made my life so much easier for screening potential tenants! I provided the link, it was up to them to fill out the application and upon completion, their application, credit check and background check were sent directly to me! Love this service!

It is great It is great. There are two things that you may want to work on: 1- Many realtors are not aware of this cool feature as this feature is not in front of our eyes :) 2- I am not sure if future tenants can see the information of an available house for rent that the landlords post online!

This was great This was great, easy peasy lemon squeezy. Only thing I would like for you to add is "Job Title" when it comes to employment information. I want to know what my prospective tenant does for a living. Either way, great application.
