This was my first lease through… This was my first lease through RentSpree. Process is pretty easy to maneuver. Once I figured out how to group applicants with different names together for same application. Reading helps! LOL

Wow!!!!!! Wow! I was previously using another service and thought it was good. I tried RentSpree and it was fantastic...head and shoulders above the other services I have used: fast response, easy to access reports, clear information. I will definitely be referring RentSpree again!

Great Site-So Easy to Navigate! So much easier to navigate than I thought it would be. Love that the applications go right out and I'm notified when they come back. Just requested the credit reports and they were easy to navigate too! So far a win win for me!

Some information is inaccurate or… Some information is inaccurate or altogether incorrect. It's confusing for an agent to request a link for information on a potential tenant and then receive innaccurate information. I want to be refunded. Rentspree is expensive - accuracy should be included in the price but unfortuantely it isn't.
