Too Expensive! We are a small office with 6 people. $1200+ per year to use this platform is a very hard ask. We enjoyed coming off of spreadsheets to use this program and I do like the features. It would be better if it integrated to our CRM to allow tasks to carry over to the platforms we see daily rather than having to re-input milestones for rocks, etc.

Not user friendly Not a very intuitive, user-friendly interface. To easy to accidentally end a meeting without rating. Hard to track what is newly added. Hard to find items in archives/uploaded documents. Uploaded documents have just disappeared on us. Too easy to lose track of things cascaded to another department/division. No way to see/track changes to items made by others.

An absolute must-have if you are someone sitting in multiple seats in the organization. It has stream-lined our meetings, and it gives me a single place to keep track of all of my priorities across multiple departments - even personal tasks. It's a very easy-to-use software, and the customer support is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Great system for the most part So far, Ninety has been very helpful. One issue we are dealing with is, having to still use our other work tracking system since it allows us to aggregate data based on client, type of work/communication, and amount of time spent. We were hopeful to just be able to use Ninety.

Probably some of the best online chat… Probably some of the best online chat customer service I've received. It would be ironic if they weren't on top of their stuff seeing as how the platform they've created is to keep people on top of their stuff. ;-) The team - every person I've received care from - would make any EOS connoisseur proud.
