As it should be It did what it should. I got the information it stated I would get, although I was hoping for a little more detail, it was still more than work the $3. I even got a follow up email fairly quickly asking if I received all the information I needed and if not, he was more than happy to retrieve any further info I need!

Comprehensive property information I was able to access some comprehensive information about my property- value over time, purchase prices and sales with specific dates. Also options to get additional info if needed. Very reasonably priced.

Surprised the with the detail and wealth of information. My initial reason for requesting the Property Report was to review my Property Taxes for my home. However, I was glad to see how much additional information was available to me. Including; prior owners, value of the land and even sex offenders in the neighborhood.
