BY FAR the worst company I have been working with hosting companies since 1999 and this is BY FAR the worst company I have ever used. If you want SELF SERVICE or NO SERVICE use them. Working with them was like getting a root canal without anesthesia.

I love the Customer Service I find the domain is cheaper. I purchased a dotSITE domain, added it to my Google Site, and after a few minutes, it was verified, and my website is searchable afterwards. I love the Customer Service. I messaged them through ticketing for clarifications about my setup since I'm not very techy (I just followed Google Site's instructions), and I received a response after 1 hour and 36 minutes. I thought I would receive the response after a day or two or more, since my concern is not so important. But I was wrong. Thank you Z.com
