Its a fantastic app. Last night we had some issues with speed so we put in a ticket and within 15-20 minutes tech support had resolved our issue, gave us tips for the future, and simply provided amazing customer service.

OK website, but am a little confused This is an OK website, me and my friends use it often to just hang out with each other but our only problem is the time limit, which gives you just under 3 hours (about 2 hours 50 minutes) before it kicks you out, and it looks like it will temporarily ban you from using it for going over the time limit? Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this a weird business model to do just because I can't pay for the premium? We only use this because there are no alternatives
