Fast and amazing Customer Service My boyfriend and I are long distance so we look foward to Hyperbeam to still feel like we are in the same room having moving night. Its a fantastic app. Last night we had some issues with speed so we put in a ticket and within 15-20 minutes tech support had resolved our issue, gave us tips for the future, and simply provided amazing customer service.

Hyperbeam is the best!! Hyperbeam is the best online multiplayer browser to use with your friends and family. It allows you to watch stuff together, switch control of the cursor from person to person, save tabs, chat, and start calls(video calls/regular calls). It is also available on mobile. Try it out! I'm very pleased with this I'm very pleased with this, tried it recently - really a much better way to do watch parties with friends than screenshare. The ability to share control is great, and not having to remember to disable notifications to avoid pop-ups and little pinging sounds etc. Big fan of the UI as well, and the chat/call functions.

Wow!! Wow, very fast response from the CEO of the Hyperbeam helper. He was able to get into our room and was able to assist us with the issues we were having. I was having a problem watching a movie and browsing on the web due to probably my wifi connections but dunno if it was whether the Hyperbeam applications were slow itself. The CEO of Hyperbeam was very respected and kind messaging us through chat. Awesome man and hope to see him again if have any problems. :)

Great app but I have a suggestion I like the app. It helps me and my SO spend time together like watching movies and anime together since we're LDR. I would like to suggest to make the app more user friendly. It's so difficult to find a working watchparty app like this one for mobile :( hopefully you can make it happen. Thank you.
