GBYOU RAN WELL UNTIL NOW Happy Tuesday, Eli! I've been more than fair in my approach of trying to have a brief conversation with you concerning our account. I can see that you refuse to make contact with me by phone as if we've never spoken before by phone. You canceled our account without authorization and now after months of trying to speak with you, you responded back by email stating that you canceled our account but you still have my card on file as a courtesy until March 2024. This makes no sense. I am so disappointed in how you've handled our business relationship at this junction. I have tried on many occasions to work this out with you by just a simple phone call so we can rectify our business partnership efficiently but I can see by your replies and responses that you have no interest so that leaves me no other choice but to go in a route that I did not want to go.

I can honestly say the convenience of the card has been my #1 reason for using the card!
