This company does not offer refunds This company does not offer refunds. A Mr Eugene Ustinenkov detailed that this is their policy when you buy software. They send you out a license code immediately and then if you request a refund, say because you have a license code, they wont refund. The software does not deliver the promises they claim on their website.

I have many Softorbits programs I have many Softorbits programs and they all work very well. I like that they have a separate program for different things. The company will often give away a program or sell it at a reduced price, which is nice!

The interface is user friendly and the customer service is great, prompt, friendly and in a timely manner. Having been involved in customer service for over 40 years I'd say I'm qualified to rate this customer service first class. John.
